An Unparalleled Feature Set

Simplified’s Business Phone Service offers these key features to businesses of all sizes:

Auto Attendant

Play a customized greeting such as “Thank you for calling Simplified Networks. If you know your party’s extension, you can dial it at any time.” As the greeting plays, callers can dial any extension on the system. Auto attendants can be configured to route calls by extension dialing, name dialing, IVR or by time of day.

Attendant Console

Monitor the real‐time telephone status of employees to view user information and determine
whether employees are available, busy or away from their desk.

Call Control Dashboards

● User Web Portal
Allows users to change their personal call forwarding, ring duration and voice mail settings as
well as search through their personal missed, dialed and received call histories.
● Administrator Web Portal
Allows a master administrator to make changes to almost any feature in the company. You
can re‐route calls, reset any user’s voice mail PIN, search the company wide call logs,
configure auto attendants, and much more.

Call Forwarding

Forward calls when you’re away from your desk, on the phone or at any time. Send calls to as many as
three different telephone numbers simultaneously or in a pre‐established order.

Call Logging

View a log of all calls dating back in history and perform detailed searches based on date, caller ID,
phone number, and more.

Call Management

Control what happens when someone calls you. You can send all your calls directly to voicemail or
select the numbers you wish to receive at certain times of the day. Simplified’s Call Control Dashboard
provides a simple web‐based interface for you to tailor your phone service features.

Call Notification Screen Pops

Know the name of who’s calling before you accept the call. A pop‐up window appears in the lower
corner of your screen with the caller’s information. If you decide not to pick up, you can route the call
to voicemail. You can even block unwanted callers so they don’t call again.

Call Transfer

● Blind Transfer
Transfer a call immediately to another extension.
● Supervised Transfer
Transfer a call to another extension, but with the ability to speak to the receiving party first to
verify they would truly like to take the call. If not, simply hit cancel and inform the original
party the person is occupied.
● External Transfer
Transfer a call, either blind or supervised, to any phone number in the world.

Call Parking

Place a caller on hold and then be able to pick that caller back up from any other phone in your
company.

Call Recording

Record calls from your office phones or mobile phones and easily save them, categorize them, store
them, email them and replay them.

Call Swap

Change phones in the middle of a call without interrupting your call. With a press of a button, you can
transfer a call from your office phone to your cell phone or vice versa.

Click‐to‐Call

Return voicemail calls, calling numbers on a web page or contacts in Outlook quickly and easily. From
any screen on your computer, just highlight the number and click.

Conference Bridge

Allows an unlimited number of parties, both internal and external, to call in, or be invited in, to talk to
each other. Integrating with Microsoft Outlook, this feature is perfect for field team meetings and
status update calls.

Custom Call Routing

Tailor how calls are routed to your unique business requirements. For example, Hunt Groups can ring
departments simultaneously. You can have one number for your company or multiple numbers for
every user. You can create marketing campaigns with new numbers that route to a specific employee.
You can also route calls differently during business hours and after hours.

Customized Ring Tones

Set different ring tones for different callers so you know who’s calling without looking at the phone.

Dial‐by‐Name Directory

Configure an option on your auto attendant that allows callers to reach a user by pressing a few
letters of the desired party’s first name or “9” for the company directory.

Disaster Recovery

Communicate continuously even in a disaster. If a customer calls your office line, the call is
automatically re‐routed to another line not affected by the disaster.

in the company will see that your status has changed to do not disturb.
